• kinche offers FREE Shipping on orders above INR 1000. Orders below 1000 will be charged flat 250 Rupees for delivery.

• COD is an accepted mode of payment but kinche prefers Bank Deposit till we enable online credit card payment. By choosing Bank Deposit you will be minimizing our risk and hence as a gesture of appreciation we will send a free gift with every bank deposit purchase .

• We ship on all week days (Monday to Friday). Orders received after 12 PM on Friday  and before 12 PM on Monday, will be shipped on Monday (we all need the weekend!)  To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition,  we only ship through reputed courier agencies and you will be provided with  an Airway Bill number to track your order.

• While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. Please see the  Product Description carefully to learn about the delivery time.
